I never knew my mornings were so bad!

I visit Asian Efficiency an awful lot. It's a superb productivity site and it's given me a lot of good tips which I've put into practice in my life however this one here was a really nice surprise. 

I've been following the routine for a week and I can safely say that even though I struggle to get that pint of water necked in the morning (I put mine in the fridge overnight to give me more of a shock factor first thing) I've certainly noticed a marked improvement in my day, especially around 2pm during that notorious after lunch flagging session!
